John and Robert Rasho have been charged with aggravated battery.
KUNA -- Two brothers were arrested last night after allegedly beating a Kuna man who asked them to stop doing doughnuts in front of his home. The incident happened shortly after 9 p.m. on Morris Court in Kuna.
According to Ada County Sheriff's spokesperson Andrea Dearden, John Rasho, 38, of Boise, and his brother Robert Rasho, 41, of Kuna, were spinning circles in their pickup when a neighbor approached them and asked them to stop. As he was walking back to his home, the brothers jumped the man and beat him up.
The man, whose name has not been released, suffered broken bones and bruises to his face.
Neighbors were able to provide police with a description of the men and the pickup. A short time later, the Rasho brothers were located, questioned and taken into police custody.
Robert and John Rasho were booked into the Ada County Jail early Friday morning and charged with aggravated battery.
Dearden says Robert Rasho was involved in a similar type incident before. He was charged with battery on a Kuna police officer.
