BOISE - A Boise man is accused of multiple counts of lewd conduct with a minor and sexual battery with a minor.

Boise Police arrested Darryl Jay Wishart, 41, on Monday night.

He is charged with 11 felonies - including eight counts of lewd conduct with a minor under 16, and three of sex abuse of a child under age 16.

Police say the incidents began on January 1, 2007, and were reported to police nearly two years later - this past Sunday.

A Boise Police spokesperson said Wishart knew his victims.

Further details about the crimes have not been released.

Wishart was arraigned in an Ada County Court this afternoon and his bond set at $1 million. He is due back in court on Jan. 20.
