Students help raise money, books for Middleton High School

Students from Compass Public Charter School held a book drive at Barnes and Noble in Boise. Books purchased were donated to the Middleton High School library.
Boise--Some students from Meridian took time out of their weekend Saturday afternoon to help the Middleton High School get back up on it's feet.
The band at Compass Public Charter School provided the background music while others worked to help Middleton high school.
The students organized a book drive at the Barnes and noble on Milwaukee to raise support for the Middleton high school library.
Barnes and Noble has set books up out throughout the store and they have signs, explaining that if you buy a book for Middleton high school, they will put it in a box to take to Middleton high school and part of those proceeds barns and noble is donating back to Middleton High School,” said Kelly Trudeau, Principal
In addition to this weekend’s drive the students are donating one thousand dollars which they are being awarded from Starbucks for hours of community service.
