Airman killed in crash while on the way from CA to Idaho

The driver of this white Ford Ranger was killed when his pickup rolled several times on Highway 95.
BURNS JUNCTION, Ore. -- Oregon State Police say a 21-year-old airman on his was from California to Mountain Home died Tuesday afternoon in a single vehicle rollover crash on Highway 95 north of the Oregon/Nevada border.
According to police, Eugene Kim Ardissono was driving a Ford Ranger pickup northbound on Highway 95, south of Burns Junction (milepost 83), when he drifted across the southbound lane onto the shoulder. He over-corrected and the pickup came back onto the highway and rolled several times before coming to rest upright in the middle of the highway.
Ardissono was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was wearing a seat belt.
According to family members, Ardissono had just completed a two-year assignment in England and was on two week of leave.
He was enroute from visiting family in Fremont, California to his new assignment at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
An Air Force spokesman, Major Damien Pickart, says he was an airman first class who worked on F-15 fighter jets.
