Woman missing from home destroyed by fire

BOISE - Police are trying to find a woman who is missing after her home was destroyed in Monday night's fire.
Boise Police spokesperson Lynn Hightower says the woman's husband lost track of her in the shuffle after flames overran their home on Immigrant Pass Court.
Family and friends tell NewsChannel 7 that Mary Ellen Ryder, a linguistics professor at Boise State University . Boise Police victim's witness coordinators have worked to notify the woman's family.
The woman's whereabouts are not known.
