Former McCall councilman gets probation for theft, burglary

A former McCall city councilman will serve five years probation for three felony charges including grand theft, forgery, and burglary.
Kevin Briem billed a McCall restaurant for more than $19,000 worth of products the restaurant says it didn't order and didn't receive.
As a condition of the probation, Briem must tell all future employees that he was convicted of felony theft.
