ST. ANTHONY -- Fremont County authorities say a St. Anthony man has been accused of raping a 10-year-old girl who later gave birth at an eastern Idaho hospital.
Documents filed in 7th District Court charge 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez with one count of rape, alleging the encounter occurred between November and January. Gutierrez-Juarez is in the United States country illegally, according to KPVI-TV.
