GOODING COUNTY -- A Sun Valley man was killed Sunday afternoon after he lost control of his motorcycle on Highway 46.
The crash happened at about 4:40 p.m. at milepost 130.5 in Gooding County.
Idaho State Police say 52-year-old Clint Hall was riding north on a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he veered off the road at a curve in the highway. Hall's motorcycle went off the right shoulder and overturned, throwing him off the vehicle.
Hall was airlifted to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, but died from his injuries at the hospital. He was not wearing a helmet, police say.
The wreck blocked Highway 46 in both directions for one hour Sunday.
