Meridian Food Bank turkey drive is tonight

MERIDIAN - The Meridian Food Bank needs turkeys!

Tonight is the food bank’s annual frozen turkey drive. Their goal is to top the 400 turkeys donated last year.

Frozen turkey donations will be collected from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. tonight at these five Meridian locations:

Meridian City Hall at 33 E. Broadway Avenue
Albertsons at the corner of Cherry Lane and Ten Mile Road
Walmart at 5001 N. Ten Mile Road
LDS Church at 1985 N Black Cat Road
LDS Church at 2515 W Ustick Road

All of the donated turkeys will go to local families in need for their Thanksgiving dinner.
