Crisis averted. At least that's what people at the Boise Rescue Mission are saying today after a recent outpouring of support.
Two weeks ago, KTVB reported that the rescue mission was suffering from a $300,000 shortfall.
Now, 14 days later, that money has been raised.
While he thanked the community, Rev. Bill Roscoe with the mission said today "this is the most generous community on the face of the earth."
The rescue mission serves about a thousand meals a day and provides shelter for hundreds of men, women and children each night.
