Crash on Connector injures motorcyclist

BOISE - A Nampa man was injured Thursday morning after a motorcycle crash on the Connector, Idaho State Police said.

The crash happened around 7:18 a.m. on eastbound I-84 at mile marker 49 - just east of the Flying Wye.

ISP said 54-year-old Neal Farnworth was driving a 2017 Harley-Davidson, and Mary Romano, 19, of Nampa was driving a 2016 Ford pickup. Romano was changing lanes and hit Farnworth.

Farnworth was separated from his motorcycle, and several lanes of the Connector were blocked.

Farnworth wasn't wearing a helmet and was transported to Saint Alphonsus in Boise.

ISP is still investigating the crash.
