BOISE -- An attack with a frying pan has landed a Boise woman in jail.
Police tell us 23-year-old Malanie Gilbert lives at an assisted living facility on Rifleman Lane near the Boise Towne Square Mall.
Witnesses say Gilbert got angry at an employee and hit the victim in twice in the head with a frying pan. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and sought medical attention.
Gilbert is now charged with aggravated battery.
