SANDPOINT, Idaho -- A northern Idaho woman charged as an accessory in the death of a 19-year-old man has pleaded guilty to stealing 33 firearms from a pawn shop in a separate case.

The Bonner County Daily Bee reports 23-year-old Jennifer Thrasher faces a decade in prison at her October sentencing in the gun case. Her accused accomplice in the theft, 18-year-old Christopher Garlin, is also accused of withholding information about Michael Wyatt Smith's death.

Garlin and Thrasher are in plea negotiations with the state over the accessory to murder charges.

Prosecutors say Thrasher's husband, 19-year-old Austin Thrasher, killed Smith over a girl they had both been seeing. Austin Thrasher's first-degree-murder trial is scheduled to start Oct. 22, the same day Garlin is expected to stand trial in the pawn shop theft.
