BOISE -- Observant retailers in the area noticed what appeared to be a retail fraud ring and because of that, two men are in jail Saturday morning.
Boise Police arrested Enrique J. Mora, 26, and Leansy Milanes, 25, both of Miami, Florida after an in-depth investigation.
Police were first alerted to the use of fraudulent credit cards from a local retailer. That retailer also took down the suspect's car description.
Police, with the help of Secret Service, were able to track down the car and found it at a hotel on Cole Road near the interstate.
When the suspects returned to their car yesterday morning, police issued a search warrant and arrested the men.
Police found around 50 counterfeit credit cards that were used to buy gift cards from retailers from around the Treasure Valley.
Losses to just one local retailer over just the past two days are known to be more than $10,000.
