NAMPA -- Promoting the firearms business in Idaho was one highlight of the third annual firearm's industry exhibition on Friday and Saturday in Canyon County.
The show introduced members of the firearm's industry to other industry partners and the public.
Besides showing exhibitors, the Idaho Firearms and Accessories Manufacturer's Association also hosted seminars to help promote firearms businesses. The seminars focused on financing, insurance, and how gun laws can affect business.
"The purpose of our event is jobs, jobs, jobs. We're trying to expand awareness in the local economy, and of the people in the jobs and services within the firearms industry. And we are hoping that will translate into more business for the local companies," said Jon Anson, President of IFAMA.
This year's exhibition highlighted the 25 top firearms businesses in Idaho. All were there to show-off their firearms and accessories over the two-day event.
