SHOSHONE, Idaho -- Three people were killed and five others injured in a three-vehicle collision involving a car, SUV and flatbed truck in central Idaho.
The Times-News reports that the collision on Highway 75 south of its intersection with U.S. Highway 20 occurred at 12:40 p.m. Friday.
Blaine County coroner Russ Mikel says the dead include one male and two females. Capt. Ron Taylor with Wood River Fire and
Rescue says those three were all in the same vehicle. Their names have not been released.
The accident closed Highway 75 for more than two hours. Its cause is under investigation.
