NAMPA -- A lawsuit that alleged misconduct at the Nampa Police Department has been dismissed.
Last October, three long-time officers with the Nampa Police Department filed the formal complaint.
The three officers said higher ranking officials never addressed issues brought to them.
An agreement to dismiss the complaint was signed on Tuesday.
All parties will pay their own costs and attorney fees.
