BOISE -- Lace up those roller skates because the Spudtown Knockdown Roller Derby Tournament is here.
The ladies from the Treasure Valley Rollergirls will host eight teams from across the U.S. and Canada for this Labor Day weekend tournament.
The head-to-head action started this morning at Qwest Arena.
"The cool thing about tournaments is every time you get to reset,” said Erin Dola with the Treasure Valley Rollergirls. “So each bout you're going to be playing a different team and it really adds to your skills to be able to do that."
The tournament runs through Sunday until the last team stands.
Tickets cost $25 and will get you inside the arena for all the hitting you can handle.
