BOISE – Southwest Airlines announced today that it will offer a nonstop flight from Boise to Chicago this summer.
The nonstop service will begin on June 8, 2014. It goes from Boise to the Chicago-Midway Airport.
“We are very pleased Southwest Airlines sees opportunities for growth in Boise. This new destination will prove to be a valuable addition for passengers,” said Boise Airport Director Rebecca Hupp.
Officials say the Chicago-Midway Airport is an excellent destination, as well as an important connection for travelers heading to the Midwest and East Coast.
