BOISE - Idaho State Police say a man is dead, after a single car crash on Sunday.
Police say at approximately 12:24 a.m., Glen Connell, 35, of Nampa was traveling eastbound on I-84 near the Broadway on-ramp in Boise.
ISP say he lost control of his 1993 Eagle Talon and struck the guardrail on the median side.
The passenger, David Cardenas, 37, of Caldwell, died at the scene of the crash.
Connel was transported to Saint Alphonsus in Boise where he was treated and released for minor injuries.
Police say both Connel and Cardenas were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash, and that alcohol is not a factor in the crash.
