BOISE -- Searchers involved in the monumental effort to locate Dr. "Jo" Elliott-Blakeslee have contributed over 4,000 hours of search time and exceeded 10,000 miles.

Search efforts are still in full force this weekend at the Craters of the Moon National Monument, where Blakeslee and another Boise woman went missing.

Her hiking partner was found to have died of exposure.

Now a group of cave specialists are now helping in the search, and as many as eight dogs and 80 searchers will be out through the weekend looking for the woman.
