BOISE -- Firefighters responded to the scene of a two-car, roll-over accident near Orchard and Kootenai Streets on the Boise Bench around 8:45 Tuesday morning.
Witnesses told police one passenger car was traveling north-bound when it was struck near the middle of the intersection on the driver's side by a vehicle traveling eastbound.
Ada County dispatchers say at least one of the victims in the crash was trapped inside a vehicle when firefighters arrived. Another victim had apparently been freed before rescuers responded.
Boise Police spokesman Chuck McClure told KTVB that firefighters were able to free the woman who was trapped in the car.
Paramedics reportedly took the woman to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate the accident.
