BOISE -- Two people were rushed to the hospital Sunday evening after the car they were riding in rolled several times and crashed into a building.
The crash happened around 7:20 p.m. at the intersection of Cole Road and Northview Street.
Police say the car was moving at a high rate of speed down Northview when the female driver lost control. The car rolled several times and ended up on its side against a dentist's office in a business complex.
A passenger, a juvenile female, suffered serious injuries after being ejected from the car. The adult driver had to be extricated from the car. Both were transported to a local hospital.
Police say a blood draw was performed on the driver to determine if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
The driver was treated and released, while the juvenile passenger remains hospitalized.
No citations have been issued yet, but the crash remains under investigation.
