CANYON COUNTY -- Police arrested Jarrell "Jerry" Gunstream Friday on a warrant issued by a judge in Canyon County.
He is being held in the Canyon County jail on a $10,000 bond and charged with two counts of grand theft.
Gunstream was acting as a property manager for various shopping malls when he allegedly took over $400,000 from two former clients.
