BOISE -- Police are now treating an August shooting in Caldwell as a homicide after one man died three days after the incident.
Police arrested 25-year-old David Salas back in August after they say he fired gunshots into a Caldwell home.
Salas was arraigned Tuesday on two counts of aggravated battery.
Caldwell police say the case is still under investigation following the death of one of the victims.
Police say 26-year old Joaquin Gaspar was temporarily living at the home when he was shot in the head on Aug. 28.
The other victim was treated and released.
