NAMPA -- Early Sunday morning a 78-year-old woman says she woke up to someone in her house trying to steal her belongings.
The two men struggled when the victim used a medical alert activation system to alert police.
The suspect took off running and the stolen property was found outside the house.
The woman was treated by paramedics on scene.
Police searched the area but didn't find the suspect.
He is described as a Hispanic male with a thin face, between 25 and 30 years old, weighing between 150 and 180 pounds, about 5'8' to 5'10", and wearing pants and possibly a red and white T-shirt.
