NAMPA -- Police have arrested a Nampa man accused of a racially-charged March attack.
Officers arrested 23-year-old Justin Gregory at his home Tuesday night.
According to the Nampa Police Department, Gregory is suspected of using a racial slur, and then striking a man in the face as he walked down a Nampa street just before midnight on Saturday, March 30.
Police say the victim reported walking down the street when a car pulled up next to him, a man got out, made a racially-charged comment, and then punched him in the face. They say injuries to the victim were minor.
Police say Gregory was identified as a suspect in the attack after they released a composite sketch to the public. They say the suspect had several tattoos, including a swastika and a skull wearing a helmet or hat.
The investigation continues to find other individuals who may have been involved.
Nampa police originally released this sketch of the suspect.
