BOISE -- A Garden City man is facing charges after officers say he was peeping through women's windows around midnight Tuesday.
Police arrested 50-year-old Joseph Murray after a woman reported seeing a man peeping through her windows at an apartment complex on East 33rd Street.
Police say Murray was only wearing a blanket at the time and that he is a registered sex offender in Ada County.
He is charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
