New Vista Avenue overpass now open to traffic

BOISE -- The new Vista Avenue overpass across Interstate 84 is now open.
Idaho Transportation Department crews will take apart the old Vista interchange next week.
Flaggers will divert drivers around lane closures during that project.
ITD is taking a break from construction Thursday.
