BOISE -- Officers have arrested a Nevada man for felony burglary after they say he walked out of a downtown restaurant Monday night without paying.

The illegal practice is commonly known as "dining and ditching."

Dee F. Daley, 56, was booked into the Ada County Jail just after midnight on Tuesday.

Boise police report Daley was found and arrested after employees at the restaurant gave out his description and the direction he was last seen walking. That was at approximately 10:41 p.m.

Daley, who's from Henderson, Nevada, was allegedly drunk when police caught up with him.

Officers say they charged Daley with felony burglary after finding evidence he entered the restaurant with the intent to leaving without paying.

He's currently still in jail.
