NAMPA -- The director of the Nampa Public Library for the last two decades is retiring.
Karen Ganske says she will end her career in March. She has worked at the library in southwest Idaho for more than 30 years adding in time before she became the director.
She started at the library as a part-time worker in 1978.
Nampa Mayor Tom Dale tells the Idaho Press-Tribune that Ganske has provided a steady and consistent direction for the library.
