BOISE -- We are learning more about that pile-up on Interstate 84 that happened earlier this month.

More than 40 vehicles, including a commercial logging truck, crashed on I-84 westbound near Ten Mile Road.

According to an Idaho State Police report, one of the most serious crashes involved a fully-loaded logging truck.

The logging truck hit a a small passenger car, dragging it along the interstate and pinning it underneath the truck.

The driver of the car had to be pulled from the wreckage.

A family member tells us he is recovering at home now.

The report says the logging truck driver was responsible for that part of the pile-up, but has not yet been charged or cited.
