BOISE -- A man died Friday afternoon in Elmore County.
The Elmore County Sheriff's Office says 48-year-old Vance Baldwin died when he was thrown off a 30-foot embankment on his ATV.
Officials say it happened on Rock Bar Road, which is around a half mile south of James Creek Road.
Deputies say Baldwin was already dead by the time emergency crews got there.
Baldwin is from Pine, not far from where the accident happened.
