BOISE -- A federal judge says a father has to pay the more than $120,000 he owes in child support to his Kuna family.

He was caught last year and pleaded guilty to willfully failing to pay child support.
On Tuesday, a federal judge in Boise sentenced him to five years probation and ordered him to pay all the back child support.
