BOISE – The KTVB News Group is proud to announce a new hour of live, local news every day at 4 p.m.
News at Four will feature two of Idaho’s most experienced journalists, Dee Sarton and Carolyn Holly. Both Sarton and Holly are celebrating 30 years each at KTVB – but this will be their first time anchoring together on a regular basis. They will be joined by Idaho’s Chief Meteorologist Rick Lantz for the new hour-long newscast.
"Our community relies on KTVB to keep them informed,” KTVB News Group Executive News Director Kate Morris said. “I am delighted to bring two of the most trusted voices in Idaho, Dee Sarton and Carolyn Holly to your television at 4 o’clock.”
The dynamic, informative show will give viewers a way to get their news and weather at an earlier time, and will join our lineup of top-rated newscasts throughout the day.
“This newscast will be everything you would expect from Idaho’s top-rated news team, experience and expertise,” Morris said.
The program will feature live reports, health news, the weather forecast and more each day Monday through Friday.
Dr. Oz will move to 3 p.m. on KTVB, while The Doctors will move to Idaho’s Very Own 24/7 at 2 p.m.
