BOISE --  A jury has found four people guilty of making and selling spice out of a Boise store.

The case goes back to September 2011, when police arrested,  Morgan Alley and his wife, Tashina Alley, who owned Red Eye Hunt Smoke Shop on Camas Street.

Morgan pled guilty last month to manufacturing, packing and selling a large quantity spice.

He will be sentenced in September

Tashina, along with two other defendants, Charlynda Goggin and Cadee Jo Peterson were found guilty for conspiracy to deliver spice and for the sale of drug paraphernalia.

They will also be sentenced in September.
