BOISE -- A judge has denied a murder suspect's request to attend his daughter's graduation in Boise.
This afternoon in court, Rob Hall and his attorneys asked the court to allow Hall to be escorted from the jail to the Taco Bell Arena for her graduation.
His family offered to pick up the costs associated with going to the event.
The prosecutor pointed out Hall had once been released on bond and didn't comply with his conditions.
The prosecutor also was concerned someone might try to hurt Hall in public.
Ultimately, the judge said it wouldn't be a good use of the court's power to allow Hall to attend the graduation ceremony and denied his request.
