CALDWELL -- It's hard to believe it is already the start of the school year for many. And along with that comes the need to vaccinate.
Southwest District Health held a walk-in vaccination clinic on Saturday to help take some of the burden off parents.
The clinic served as a one-stop shop, with no appointment necessary. This year, the center changed things a bit to make the lines run faster and get families out quicker.
"We changed the processing line, and people move through much quicker this year," said Bruce Korsch, Director of Southwest District Health. "The main reason is to protect the children from childhood diseases."
156 kids from ages 4 to 18, got about 470 vaccinations at Saturday's clinic.
