MERIDIAN, Idaho – Thousands of toy dolphins raced for the top prize Sunday at Roaring Springs Waterpark.
They were taking place in the 10th Annual Great Dolphin Dunk.
The Great Dolphin Dunk has raised nearly $250,000 in the past ten years for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ada County.
Many who adopted dolphins were out at Roaring Springs to cheer on their toy. Crossing the finish line first was the dolphin of Matt Moody-St. Clair of Meridian who received four Roaring Springs season passes for 2010/2011.
Second place winner, Rob McGavin of Eagle received a year of free Dutch Bros. Coffee and third place winner Sara Cuevas of Kuna
will get free oil changes for one year from Heritage Auto Repair.
This year’s event helped raise over $25,000 for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ada County.
