CALDWELL -- Firefighters are trying to determine what started a second fire near the same Caldwell home, with the first fire starting on Saturday.
It was around 5:30 p.m. Monday when the Caldwell Fire Department found a large shed fully involved, near the corner of Wagner Road and Lonkey Lane.
Deputy Chief Steve Donahue says neighbors heard a loud a boom before they grabbed their hoses and tried to put out the flames themselves. "There were some propane tanks in there and of course, being a shed, they had a brand new mower in there and they had some gasoline containers, so we know there are a lot of things that go boom."
Donahue says investigators are trying to figure out what caused the fire, as well as a small fire that destroyed a structure out in a neighboring field on Saturday.
