Fertilizer spill causes road closure in Nampa

NAMPA -- A fertilizer spill has closed a portion of 12th Avenue South in Nampa near Washington Street.
Drivers are asked to find a different route if traveling through the area.
Police reported the accident shortly after 12 p.m. Wednesday. They say a container spilled from a truck carrying the material.
Police say the spill wasn't hazadous to the public.
