BOISE -- The Ada County coroner says a man found in the Snake River died from accidental drowning.

The body of 48-year-old Phillip Brown of Boise was found around 5 p.m. Saturday about three miles west of the Swan Falls Dam. An autospy was performed Monday morning.

Phillips was reported missing on April 4 after trying to swim across the river. His body is believed to have floated about 1.3 miles downstream.
