BOISE -- Construction that was supposed to get started on the Connector Monday, is being delayed until Sunday.
Crews will be working in the area from the Flying Wye to 13th street, and will be re-sealing joints and grinding off the concrete surface to increase skid resistance from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Nearly 57,000 cars & trucks use the Connector each day.
Idaho Transportation Department says crews will not be allowed to work on nights of Boise State football games.
They also say the completion date has not changed and remains late September.
