EAGLE -- The wide open spaces of Eagle could be see a new development pop up in the next year.
It's part of the ongoing M-3, Spring Valley Subdivision project.
The review board looked over the future of this project at Eagle City hall Thursday night.
It's just one hurdle for the developers, before they can begin building their more than 600 homes on 5,600 acres in the foothills.
Spring Valley Subdivision Project Manager Mark Tate says right now, the economy is working in their favor. "I think a lot people are realizing the real estate market is picking up and becoming very successful."
Phase one of the project will consist of over 230 lots, just east of State Highway 16 at West Equest Lane.
Tate hopes to start building within a year.
