BOISE -- Boise Police say a young child was hit by a car tonight while riding his bike.
The accident happened around 7:30 Friday night at North 35th Street and West State Street.
Detectives say an adult and two children were on bikes and crossing State Street when a car hit one of the kids.
Police say the three were not riding in a crosswalk.
The child was taken to Saint Alphonsus with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver will not be cited.
