CALDWELL – Two Caldwell men were arrested Monday night after a drunk driving incident in Caldwell erupted into a fight.

Caldwell Police officers were dispatched to a multi-vehicle traffic accident on Blaine Avenue near 18th around 9:30 p.m.  When they arrived police had to break up a physical altercation between several parties.

Investigating officers say 28-year-old Jason Snow was driving his Ford Expedition at a high rate of speed while under the influence of alcohol, westbound on Blaine Avenue.  His SUV rear-ended a passenger car in the 2000 block of Blaine, causing the car to hit a parked car.  Snow's vehicle struck four more parked cars before coming to a stop about two blocks later.

Snow was arrested and booked into the Canyon County Jail on a felony charge of aggravated DUI.

Police say his passenger, 23-year-old Andrew Nelson, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with the physical disturbance officers observed upon arrival. One adult male was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
