BOISE -- The man accused of shooting another man to death in the middle of a Boise street was arraigned today.
Shawn Fisher was read all of his criminal charges today, including his first-degree murder charge.
Last week he was indicted by a grand jury on the murder charge.
Today in court Fisher interrupted Judge Ronald Wilper several times and was taken out of the courtroom for over an hour before returning.
Fisher was originally charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery for allegedly shooting at another car.
He's now charged with murder, aggravated assault and drug charges after police say he was involved in a road rage incident where he shot 28-year-old Matthew Mohler-Kerns in the head while he sat in traffic.
Fisher is scheduled to be back in court on April 30th to enter a plea.
