BOISE -- Ada County Sheriff's detectives have arrested a Boise man who police say was trying to entice teenagers online for sexual encounters.
Police say they started investigating 26-year-old Kyle Borah's online activity in May, after he started chatting with a detective posing as a 13-year-old female.
During multiple online chats with detectives, Borah spoke about his intent to have sexual contact with the teenager and arranged to meet her Tuesday afternoon.
