BOISE -- Idaho State Police are investigating a two car crash on Can Ada Road, just north of Star, sending an Ada County Sheriff's officer to the hospital.
Police say Clint Hinckley, 39, from Star was driving a green Mercury Sable on Able Drive, when he failed to stop at a stop sign pulling out in front of Officer B. Sterling, who was heading north on Can Ada Road.
ISP says Officer Sterling has minor injuries, and was transported to St. Lukes Medical Center in Meridian.
Police also say Hinckley was not wearing his seat belt, and Officer Sterling was wearing his seat belt.
The crash is still under investigation.
