The $4 million home of Daren Palmer, the Idaho Falls man accused of a Ponzi scheme, will be sold by the builder to pay back investors.

The mansion is still under construction and has some extravant features, including an underground tunnel, outdoor pool that will be heated year round, an elevator and indoor basketball court.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against Palmer saying he conned at least $40 million from investors.

The Idaho Department of Finance is also investigating Palmer and his corporation, Trigon Group.
